Simple actions can begin the process of removing barriers to health

Your health has

Basic Principles

I am a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic, board certified Reflexologist, a 500-hr C-RYT advanced certified Yoga Therapist, Certified Functional Medicine health coach and a Certified Wahls Protocol health Practitioner.

In my practice over the years, I have garnered a unique perspective that rests upon 3 main principles of health: alignment, movement and nourishment.

Although every person's focus may vary, there are numerous examples I can provide that underscore the importance of each of these core principles. Read on to learn more about the details:

Mis-alignments throughout the body, especially the spine can impede our bodies ability to move freely without pain. Even without pain, these mis-alignments can also silently get worse and eventually cause further injury and loss of movment.

Accidents, injuries and poor habits are the leading cause and often, physical adjustments are required to help get the body back into position. These adjustments may need to be repeated for a prolonged period of time to provide a full recovery and should only be performed by a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC).

Stretching and strengthening exercises combined with physical adjustments are at the core of Chiropractic treatment.

Many studies have reported the importance of exercise as a key component of spinal health and injury recovery. 1,2
